9 a.m. – 8 p.m. – CCC/POW Building Open
11 a.m. – Weigh-in of 4-H & FFA Market and 4-H & FFA Breeding Beef
12:30 p.m. – Rabbit Judging (south end of Show Ring); Youth Rabbit Show for Grades K-3 will immediately follow.
2-4 p.m.- Clover Kids Project Sharing, Youth Building
3 p.m. – Poultry Show, Poultry Barn
6 p.m. – Fair Parade
6 – 10 p.m. – Carnival Open
6:45 – 8:45 p.m. – Face Painting By Princesses-Pirates

10 a.m. – 4-H Communication Exhibits, Youth Building
10:30 a.m. – Pie Contest – Showring
11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. – Fun Activities For Kids Of All Ages By The Rose Family
12 p.m. – 4-H & FFA Dog Show, Community Building
1 – 2 p.m. – Calkins Nature Area Presentation – Community Building
1:30 – 3:30 p.m. – Butterflies And Milkweeds Hands-On Exhibit For Kids – CCC/POW Rec. Hall
2 p.m. – Junior Horseshoe Pitching Tournament At Horseshoe Courts

8 a.m. – 4-H & FFA Breeding and Market Sheep Judging; Meat Goats judging immediately after Sheep Show; Youth Sheep & Goat Show for Grades K-3 will immediately follow the Meat Goat Show.
9 a.m. – 4-H & FFA Feeder Cattle Pens Appraised
9 a.m. – Youth Building opens
9 a.m. – 8 p.m. – CCC/POW Building Open
11 a.m. – 4-H & FFA Dairy Cattle/Goat Show
12 p.m. – Bucket/Bottle Calf family picnic

9 a.m. – 4-H & FFA Beef Breeding Heifer Show – 1/2 hour following completion of 4-H & FFA Beef Breeding Show – 4-H & FFA Market Beef Show – followed by Top Rate of Gain, Club Group of 5, and 4-H & FFA Feeder Cattle Pen results announced
9 a.m. —Youth Building opens
9 a.m. – 8 p.m. – CCC/POW Building Open
9:30 a.m. – Rocket Demonstration
10 a.m. – 2 p.m. – Fun Activities For Kids Of All Ages By The Rose Family
1 – 11 p.m. – Carnival Open
3 p.m. – Bucket/Bottle Calf Show will begin (if Market Beef Show runs later than 3 p.m., BBC Show will begin immediately following)
5 p.m. – Free Watermelon Feed, sponsored by Circle B Angus (Ken and Sandi Butt, Kevin and Honoria Butt and family, Ole and Kristin Cleveland and family, Darren and Carrie Kube and family)
7 p.m. – Figure 8  & Cruiser Car Races

SUNDAY, JULY 13
8:30 a.m. – 4-H & FFA Horse/Pony Show – Halter Classes, Horse Arena. 30 minutes following completion of Halter Classes – 4-H & FFA Horse/Pony Show – Performance Classes, North Arena
9 a.m. – Worship Service At Community Building
10 a.m. – 4-H Olympics
11 a.m. -Youth Building opens
11:30 a.m. – Farm Bureau Cookout Contest Judging
12 p.m. – Pedal Tractor Pull
1 p.m. – Open Class Horseshoe Pitching Tournament
1:30 – 5:30 p.m. – Fun Activities For Kids Of All Ages By The Rose Family
1:30 – 6 p.m. – CCC/POW Building Open
2:30 p.m. – 4-H & FFA Pet Show; Youth Pet Show for Grades K-3 will immediately follow 4-H & FFA Pet Show
4 p.m. – Supreme 4-H & FFA Showmanship Contest, Presentation of Judging Contest Winners, Herdsmanship Contest Winners, 4-H Scholarship Awards followed by Ribbon Auction
5:30-6:30 p.m. – Free meal for all 4-H & FFA family members and leaders, sponsored by Hardin County Savings Bank. Tickets are required and available from 4-H leaders and FFA instructors.
6 p.m. – Release of all exhibits in Youth Building, and Open Class exhibits
7 p.m. — Release and load out of all livestock
7 p.m  – Demo Derby
