KDAO-TV, Marshalltown's only local television station, broadcasts on UHF Channel 45. The station is also carried on MediaCom Cable Channel 16 in Marshalltown, LeGrand, Green Mountain, Timber Creek, and Wolf Lake.

In addition, KDAO-TV serves Marshalltown and the surrounding communities in an approximate 15-20 mile radius. Our signal is available, over-the-air, free of charge, unscrambled, to everyone in the coverage area with a UHF television antenna.

KDAO-TV Programming: We are affiliated with the America One Television Network, which provides a variety of movies, syndicated programs, sports and other family entertainment. Local programming includes local news and sports updates, plus special events coverage, high school sports play-by-lay coverage and local public affairs programs.
