GR Girls Basketball Amber Gerringer. The 15th Ranked Gladbrook Reinbeck Girls Basketball team is 5-2 and 2-1 in NICL West play at the Holiday break. Coach Gerringer said they like to play to fast on offense and defense.

Grundy Center Boys Basketball Brent Thoren. The Grundy Center Boys Basketball team improved to 5-0 overcoming a 13-point deficit in the 3rd quarter to beat East Marshall 72 to 65. Coach Thoren said their defense got better as the game went.

West Marshall Boys Basketball Kory Hobbs. The West Marshall Boys Basketball team beat South Hamilton on Friday 46 to 29. Coach Hobbs said the Trojans defense was very good in the first half of the season.

BCLUW Girls Basketball Joel Johnson. The BCLUW Girls Basketball team has won 6 straight going into the Holidays. Coach Johnson said he’s happy with the way all of the girls have accepted their roles.
