Junior College Basketball

WBB Ellsworth 75 Northeast 64: Ellsworth will host Iowa Lakes in a Region 11 B Semifinal at 1 PM Saturday. Winner plays NIACC or Iowa Western Monday Night at 530 PM.

MCC plays at #2 Kirkwood in a Region 11 A Semifinal at 1 PM Saturday. Winner plays Northeast or DMACC Monday Night at 5:30 PM.

MBB Northeast 109 Ellsworth 99: Ellsworth open Region 11 D2 Tournament at Iowa Western Saturday 3 PM. Winner plays Kirkwood or NIACC in the Semifinals Wednesday Night at 7 PM.

MCC Plays at Southeastern in the Region 11 D1 Tournament Wednesday Night at 7 PM. Winner plays at #3 Indian Hills Saturday March 8th at 7 PM.

GR Girls Basketball SR. Lily Dripps. The Gladbrook Reinbeck Girls beat Lynnville Sully last night 43 to 39 to earn a trip to the State Tournament. Senior Lily Dripps was emotional after the win.

GR Girls Basketball JR. Elly Sieh. Junior Elly Sieh said it was nice to see all the hard work pay off.

GR Girls Basketball Coach Amber Gerringer. The Gladbrook Reinbeck Girls held to beat Lynnville Sully 43 to 39. Coach Gerringer said the girls picked up a gritty win.
