Marshalltown competed in the Iowa Alliance Conference Tournament at DM Hoover. Bobcats 5th as a team. MHS Results Olivia Wise 2nd 190, Neveah Gonzales 3rd 235, Genevieve Lantigua 3rd 155, Ava Kusserow 3rd 130, Natalie Nickey 3rd 100.

MHS Boys Basketball Michael Appel. The MHS Boys Basketball team snapped a 5-game losing streak beating Mason City 40 to 27 last night. Coach Appel said the Bobcats defense was great.

Grundy Center Boys Basketball Brent Thoren. The Grundy Center Boys Basketball team beat South Hardin 59 to 46 last night. Coach Thoren felt his teams’ defense was very good.
