West Marshall SR. Preston Reese. The West Marshall Boys Track team won their own CO-ED Meet Thursday. Preston Reese competed in 4 events for the Trojans including the winning 4 by 8 relay. Reese said that’s a lot of times are improving.

East Marshall Boys Track Ryan Hull. The East Marshall Boys track team competed in State Center on Thursday, and will run in Denver Monday before the Conference Meet on Thursday in Grundy Center. Coach Hull said ironically this is the time of the year when the weather is supposed to warm up and times improve.

Colo-Nesco FR. Elizabeth Erickson. Colo-Nesco Freshman Elizabeth Erickson won the 800, 1500 and 3000 Thursday in State Center. The Royals will compete in the Conference Meet Thursday in Maxwell. Freshman Runner Elizabeth Erickson talked about important things a runner has to do this time of the year.

West Marshall SR. Abby Tollefson. The West Marshall Girls Track team took 2nd in their own invite Thursday. Senior Abby Tollefson went to State last year in the Hurdles. Tollefson said now isn’t the time to back off in practice.
