    GR Girls Basketball Amber Gerringer. Gladbrook Reinbeck fell to North Linn 33 to 29 in the State Quarterfinals yesterday. Coach Gerringer was proud of her team for handling the pressure and not being intimidated by the defending State Champion North Linn.

    GR Coach Amber Gerringer. The Rebels defense held North Linn to 32 points under their average. Coach Gerringer said they leaned on defense all year.

    Grundy Center Boys Basketball Brent Thoren. The Grundy Center Boys Basketball team will play Unity Christian in a State Quarterfinal Tuesday Night at 715. Coach Thoren said preparing for a state game is different than preparing for other games.
