High School Boys Track
Marshalltown placed 2nd in the Don Graves Classic held by DM East finishing with 128 points just one point behind Fort Dodge who won the meet.
Marshalltown results- Carter Nunn took 1ST in the 800, 1600 and 3200. Thomas Stanley 2ND 3200, Kade Randall 5TH 800, Evan Anderson 3RD 100, Carson Daters 2ND 110 Hurdles, Kieron Sharpe 3RD 400, Aiden Smitherman 2ND 400 Hurdles, Michael Downs 5TH High Jump, Shuttle Hurdle Relay 1ST, 1600 Meter Distance Medley 2ND, 800 Sprint Medley 2ND.
Junior College Baseball
MCC dropped 2 games on Saturday to NIACC 8 to 7 and 16 to 10. Sunday the Tigers snapped a 4 Game Losing Streak getting their 7Th win of the Year 18 to 7 in 7 Innings. Tigers go to Southeastern for a 9 Inning Game Wednesday.
Ellsworth beat Southwestern 19 to 9 on Saturday. Sunday Ellsworth dropped two games to lose the series 10 to 7 and 10 to 2.
Junior College Softball
MCC lost a pair of games at Blackhawk College 1 to 0 and 9 to 2. The Tigers will play their first home games of the year on Wednesday vs Southeastern.
Ellsworth played 4 games over the weekend splitting with Northeast losing 6 to 2 F8 and Winning 3 to 2. Sunday the Panthers swept a double header vs Central CC 7 to 2 and 4 to 2.

Today on the local sports scene in High School Track. The BCLUW Girls will host the Comet Earlybird. West Marshall, East Marshall, South Hardin, Grundy Center, GMG, North Tama, Gladbrook Reinbeck, AGWSR and Dike New Hartford on hand.
In Soccer the MHS Boys will host Des Moines North at 730 PM, Watch at KDAO.com. GCGR Boys play in a Jamboree at Memorial Stadium in Waterloo. Nevada Boys at Ballard.
